What are Adjectives?

Adjectives are words which describe or modify nouns or pronouns. When someone praises or comments on any person or thing they use Adjectives.

Adverbs

Literally, Adverbs can be understood as addition to Verbs and more. They answer questions like, how? where? when? why? To which degree? Under what terms or condition? In which or what way? etc.

Adverbs of Purpose

Adverbs are a part of speech which describe, modify and give more information about verbs, adjectives or adverbs themselves.  Adverbs of Purpose are a type among four types of Adverbs.

Determiners are those words which function in a noun phrase to identify it as general or specific without explaining or modifying it. Determiners are used to modify and clarify nouns and are used before nouns. We can say that, Determiners are used to refer and quantify nouns.

Passive Voice

Passive Voice is used to focus the Subject that experiences the action instead of the one who does. Passive Voice is not as popular as Active Voice as it is considered comparatively lengthy and formal. Also, it is used when we are not sure of the doer of the verb.
